12/21/16 WTPD arrested Charles Pickett, age 24, of Washington, NJ for possession with intent to distribute heroin, distribution of heroin and possession of heroin. Mr. Pickett was subsequently charged with the above crimes following a month long investigation by this department and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office- Narcotics Task Force. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
12/29/16 WTPD arrested Jon Overbaugh, age 29, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Overbaugh was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
12/31/16 WTPD arrested Manuel Lopez, age 36, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/31/16 at approximately 12:34 PM, patrol was dispatched to the first block of Vannatta St. in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Lopez, was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
12/31/16 WTPD arrested Kristie Bishop, age 39, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/31/16 at approximately 12:01 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 100 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Bishop was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
01/04/17 WTPD arrested Ryanne Walsh, age 35, of Washington, NJ for theft. On 01/04/17 at approximately 3:101 PM patrol responded to a reported theft at Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Walsh, an employee, was responsible for a theft of approximately $1100.00 in cash from the store’s register over a 3 month period. Ms. Walsh was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
01/07/17 WTPD arrested Kimberly Kulik, age 27, of Denville, NJ for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. On 01/07/17 at approximately 6:28 PM, patrol was dispatched to a report of an unwanted party at the Draught House, 268 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Kulik, who had arrived intoxicated, began to argue with the staff and smashed a vase. Ms. Kulik resisted arrest and assaulted three officers. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
01/08/17 WTPD arrested Stephen Demonte, age 44, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/08/17 at approximately 8:25 AM, patrol responded to the Quick Chek, 350 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township, for a subject in the roadway yelling and causing a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Demonte was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and released with a mandatory court date.
01/09/17 WTPD arrested Jonathan Bloch, age 41, of Washington, NJ and Audra Manyard, age, 47 of Easton, PA. On 01/09/17 at approximately 1:38 AM, patrol responded to a dispute in the 100 block of Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in the arrest of Mr. Bloch for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Ms. Maynard was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and possession of CDS in motor vehicle. Both subjects were released with a mandatory court date.
01/10/17 WTPD arrested Luke Santini, age 32, of Belvidere, NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, with outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough and Clinton Township. On 01/10/17 at approximately 10:16 PM, patrol was conducting a business check of Smith Motor Company, 359 Rte. 31 S., when the officer observed a suspicious motor vehicle quickly leave the lot upon his arrival. The officer conducted a motor vehicle stop, and upon further investigation, discovered that Mr. Santini was a NCIC wanted person. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended and lodged in the WC Jail.
01/11/16 WTPD arrested Brian Johnson, age 40, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Johnson was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
