Cass County Brothers Arrested on Drug Charges
Walton – Last night, the execution of a search warrant by officers from the Indiana State Police led to the arrests of Victor Madrigal, 21, and Leonardo Madrigal, 23, both from Walton, IN. Victor Madrigal faces felony charges for possession of marijuana, dealing marijuana, and maintaining a common nuisance. Leonardo Madrigal faces a felony charge for maintaining a common nuisance. He also faces two misdemeanor counts for possession of marijuana and dealing marijuana.
As part of a narcotics investigation, troopers went to the Madrigal’s residence at 205 South Main Street, Walton, IN to serve a Cass Superior Court II search warrant. During a search of the home, officers purportedly found approximately three pounds of marijuana, numerous food items laced with marijuana, and ten firearms.
The Madrigal brothers were incarcerated in the Cass County Jail.
Lead investigator, Senior Trooper Ron Fisher, was assisted with this investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law
