Special Weather Statement issued January 16 at 7:40AM EST by NWS Northern Indiana 
Areas of light freezing rain and drizzle can be expected this
morning as temperatures hover near freezing. This may create a few
slick spots on roads...especially on bridges and overpasses. The
threat for freezing precipitation will end by late morning or
early afternoon. By late morning, the threat of any additional
light freezing rain should be confined to portions of south
central lower Michigan.
