Additional Information in Putnam County Gun and Domestic Battery Incident
Putnam County—Concerning the arrest of 35-year-old Adam Wagner for pointing a handgun at two Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies on January 12, 2017, Wagner’s weapon has been examined by the ISP Laboratory Division and determined to be a BB gun.
No further updates expected.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
