The Chula Vista Police Department is requesting the community to please call 911 if you see any trees or debris blocking traffic or creating an immediate hazard, or you observe severe flooding impacting traffic or displacing people.

If you see downed power lines please stay back and call 911.

For notification about trees down on city property not creating a hazard, please notify Chula Vista Public Works at (619) 397-6000 or, visit www.chulavistaca.gov and report a service request via ACT Chula Vista (download the app).

Any trees down on private property not creating an immediate hazard please notify the appropriate property owner or insurer. Private tree removal services are required in these circumstances. Don’t be scammed….Please be aware of any unsolicited tree removal services. Use only licensed and contracted individuals or companies and check with the Better Business Bureau or other reputable consumer protection agency.
