Due to flooding, please avoid the areas of Walnut Avenue and 33rd Street, Spring Street and Walnut Avenue, as well as California Avenue, between Willow Street and Spring Street. Heavy rains are expected to continue off and on through tomorrow, Monday, January 23, 2017. Please use caution and do not attempt to drive through large areas of water.
