NCSO to continue tradition of awarding scholarship to deserving High School Senior 
The Nash County Sheriff's Office will be continuing its yearly tradition of assisting a high school senior with college expenses by awarding our annual "Nash County Sheriff's Office Outstanding Student Scholarship Award".
This scholarship will go to a deserving high school senior who will be attending college after high school. The award will be in the amount of $500 and will be paid directly to the college of the winners choosing and may be used towards books, tuition, supplies, or other college items.
Deadlines for applications are March 31, 2017. Applications can be picked up at any of the Nash-Rocky Mount Public High Schools, the Sheriff's Office, or you can just print the application off from here and fill it out and return it back to us by the deadline.
Winners will be chosen by a committee at the Sheriff's Office based on totality of their application, including extra curricular activities, community service, and written essay. All decisions are final.
