01/13/17 WTPD arrested Craig Fabian, age 30, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/13/17 at approximately 5:58 PM, patrol responded to the area of S. Lincoln Ave and Monroe St. in Washington Borough for a subject operating a motorized scooter in the roadway and obstructing traffic. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Fabian was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/14/17 WTPD arrested Paul Duval, age 47, of Washington, NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Union Township. Mr. Duval was processed and released with a new court date.

01/15/17 WTPD arrested Cynthia Sandrue, age 30, of Oxford, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/15/17 at approximately 8:24 AM, patrol responded to the Oxford Manor, 15 Pine St. in Oxford Township, for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Sandrue, was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/15/17 WTPD arrested Robert Mairura, age 40, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Ringwood Borough. Mr. Mairura was processed and turned over to Ringwood PD.

01/15/17 WTPD arrested Ammie Wyman, age 37, of Philadelphia, PA for an outstanding $215.00 warrant out of Deptford Township. On 01/15/17 at approximately 10:11 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Wyman’s’ arrest for the outstanding warrant. She was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for delaying traffic and driving with a suspended license and released after posting bail.

01/16/17 WTPD arrested Steven Bunelko, age 55, of Clark, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On Monday 01/16/17 at 5:33 PM, officers were dispatched to a single car motor vehicle accident on E. Asbury Anderson Rd. and New Hampton Rd. in Washington Township. As a result on the accident, the officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Bunelko, arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .16%. Mr. Bunelko was charged with careless driving and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/17/17 WTPD arrested Kenneth Brown, age 22, of Washington, NJ for an $800.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Brown was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

01/17/17 WTPD arrested Albert Murray, age 51, of Hackettstown, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/17/17 at approximately 8:57 PM, patrol observed Mr. Murray hitchhiking in the 400 block of Rte. 57 E. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Murray being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/18/17 WTPD arrested Ashley Rudd, age 22, of Washington, NJ and Kimberly Oritz, age 22, of Washington, NJ. On 01/18/17 at approximately 12:35 AM, officers were dispatched to a report of suspicious activity in the 50 block of E. Church St. in Washington Borough. A short time later, patrol located a vehicle that was reported to be involved in the 100 block of Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Rudd being charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of (CDS) marijuana in a motor vehicle. Ms. Ortiz was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both parties were processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/18/17 WTPD arrested Beacher Crisp Sr., age 75, of Stroudsburg, PA for aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. On 01/18/17 at approximately 8:39 PM, patrol responded to a reported dispute at Scotty’s Stadium Club, 15 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough, that resulted in a 54 year old male being stabbed. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Crisp, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Mr. Crisp was processed and lodged in the WC Jail. The 54 year old male victim was treated by the Washington Emergency Squad and transported to St. Luke’s (Warren Campus) for treatment.

01/20/17 WTPD arrested Tyler Ormen, age 23, of Washington, NJ for eluding police, hindering apprehension, obstruction of the administration of justice, disorderly conduct and outstanding warrants totaling $1365.00 out of Union and Roxbury Townships.. On 01/20/17 at approximately 11:26 AM patrol responded to a minor motor vehicle accident in a road construction area on Jackson Valley Rd. in Washington Township. The driver of one of the vehicles, Mr. Ormen, who was involved in the motor vehicle accident attempted to flee the scene. Mr. Ormen was eventually stopped by officers within the construction zone and was arrested without further incident. He was processed and charged with eluding police, hindering apprehension, obstruction of the administration of justice and disorderly conduct. Mr. Ormen was also issued motor vehicle summonses for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, reckless driving, careless driving, driving with a suspended license, driving with an expired vehicle registration, uninsured motor vehicle and failure to obey the direction of a law enforcement officer. Mr. Ormen was lodged in the WC Jail.

01/21/17 WTPD arrested Elizabeth Ritchie, age 55, of Washington, NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/21/17 at approximately 1:43 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a female walking into traffic. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Ritchie, was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
