Today, the Glendale Police Department will be conducting speed enforcement citywide between the hours of 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm.

The police department deploys traffic officers daily throughout the city with the primary duty of traffic enforcement, education and collision investigation. Special operations concentrating on a particular problem or area have taken place for decades, but the recent publicizing of such efforts is another step in trying to positively influence driving behaviors.
