Details: On 2/2/2017 at approximately 12:55 PM, Vermillion County Deputy Chad Akers arrested Malory “Bryce” MaGee (20, Clinton) for possession of a schedule I substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
Akers was patrolling the Fairview area when he came upon MaGee’s vehicle on CSX property. Upon investigation, Akers called for Clinton City Police Officer Justin Nelson and his K-9 partner Piper to conduct a search. K-9 Piper gave a positive alert to MaGee’s vehicle, which led to the arrest.
Also assisting at the scene was Clinton City Police Officer Brandon Mahady.
