TRAFFIC ADVISORY: 
For the construction zone on Emerald just south of Baseline:
Weather permitting, starting on Monday 2/6, crews will be installing a new water main. This may take several days to complete. This will result in the closure of the northbound lane of Emerald between the 210 freeway overpass to Baseline. Cones will be set up and the northbound lane of Emerald will be routed to share the southbound lane with southbound traffic. The speed limit in the construction zone may be posted at 25 mph during this time.
Please use caution if travelling in this area.
