Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of Los Gatos; 30 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers conducting routine patrol located a suspicious vehicle. The occupants were found to be in possession of heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. They were cited and released.

Winchester/La Rinconada
Arrest: 18 year old female, resident of Santa Clara; 25 year old male, resident of Los Gatos; 36 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Possession of stolen property, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle and determined that the license plates had recently been reported stolen. A vehicle enforcement stop was initiated and a pursuit ensued. The male driver foot-bailed on Mariposa Avenue. The female passenger was detained without further incident and found to be in possession of two concealed dirks. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail. It was determined that in addition to displaying stolen license plates, the vehicle had been reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department. Officers continued their investigation and conducted follow-up at a location on Becky Lane in Monte Sereno. Two additional stolen vehicles were located and recovered on Becky Lane. Additional stolen property was located and two additional subjects were cited and released for possession of stolen property.

Officers recovered a stolen vehicle. The plates that belonged to the vehicle had been previously recovered on Becky Lane.

Lark/Highway 17
Arrest: 49 year old female, resident of Santa Clara; 25 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Possession of stolen property
As officers completed the recovery of the stolen vehicle listed above, a male previously cited and released for possession of stolen property related to this case was observed driving by. An enforcement stop was conducted and he was found to be in possession of two large vending machines that had been stolen from a local merchant.

Highway 9/ Highway 17
Arrest: 29 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI – drugs, driving on a suspended license, possession of controlled substance
Officers responded to a “be on the lookout” broadcast for a reckless driver and located the suspect vehicle. An enforcement stop was conducted and it was determined that the driver was under the influence of a stimulant. He also was driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.
