Caltrans and the California Highway Patrol have advised that all Highway 17 northbound and southbound lanes are closed in the area of Highway 17 and Vine Hill Rd., due to multiple mudslides. The Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department will continue to monitor the Highway 17 closures and delays. Please consider alternate routes, plan ahead, and drive slowly. In addition, the Police Department is working diligently with Parks and Public Works in responding to calls for service related to the storm throughout the town. Currently, all roadways in Los Gatos and Monte Sereno are open to vehicle traffic and hazardous debris has been cleared by work crews. We have received power outage reports in various areas and encourage residents to check with PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 or by visiting the PG&E outages web page at https://m.pge.com/?WT.pgeac=Home_Outages#outages for current updates.
