Victim: Joseph Frank Garcia (23) Orange
On Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at 10:29 PM, SAPD Officers responded to a report of a man down in the rear alley at 1900 South Grand Ave behind the Food for Less store. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male face down in the alley. The male later identified as Joseph Frank Garcia (23) Orange had been shot and was unresponsive. Orange County Fire Authority medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 10:37 PM.
