Anderson River Park Closed Due to Flooding 
On February 12, 2017, at 06:00 AM the Anderson River Park will be closed due to increased water releases down the Sacramento River and the concern for potential flooding. This closure is only temporary and will remain in effect until further notice. Additionally all recreational activities on the Sacramento River have been suspended by order of the Shasta County Sheriff.
