The Anderson River Park will remained closed for all use until further notice. Flood warnings remain in effect. The increased water releases out of Shasta Dam have caused the Sacramento River to reach its maximum capacity. All Shasta county residents are urged to comply with local and state advisories and closures. The Anderson River Park has been identified as a potentially hazardous area subject to adverse effects of flooding and storm damage. The Park is closed to all vehicle and pedestrian use. The river is closed to all boating, recreational, and other river related activities.
