ANDERSON MAN CAUGHT WHILE STEALING......FROM THE POLICE. 
On Monday 2-13-17 at approximately 1106 hours Anderson Police Officers saw an Anderson man, 46 year old Wyatt Hoban, removing the California flag from in front of the Anderson Police Department. Aided by the Anderson Fire Marshall, officers detained Hoban, who was riding a bicycle. Hoban then pulled the police department's American flag out from under his T-shirt and gave it to the officers. Hoban was arrested for a Parole Violation and booked into the Shasta County Jail. An additional charge of theft will be filed with the Shasta County District Attorney's Office.
