Join local realtors in a wide-ranging discussion about the financing and valuation of properties with energy upgrades. Energy-efficient homes can sell quicker and for higher values due to added benefits, including greater comfort, lower energy costs and noise reductions. The seminar also will cover how to overcome barriers of transacting homes with special financing, such as PACE and FHA 203(k) loans, and introduce the HomeSelfe RE app for recording energy upgrades and identifying further savings.
