Muncie – A Muncie man was arrested last evening after the car he was driving was stopped for having expired plates and for failing to signal a turn. Last night just before 7 p.m. Trooper Sam Cook got behind a Cadillac Sedan with an expired license plate on east bound McGalliard St. at Walnut St.
After the vehicle failed to signal a lane change, then failed to signal a turn onto Linda Lane, Trooper Cook stopped the vehicle.
