Elias was last seen on Friday, February 17, 2017 around 1:00 p.m., at the 1000 block of Arroyo Street in the city of San Fernando after leaving his school. His family is extremely concerned. No one has seen or heard from Elias since Friday.
Elias is described as a 14-year-old male Hispanic, with brown hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds.

Los Angeles: The family of Elias Rodriguez and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Mission Area are asking for the public’s help in locating him.
