* At 8:15 AM Tuesday the stage was 24.7 feet.
* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood Stage is 23.0 feet.
* FORECAST...This river is forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 FT late this morning then forecast to recede to near 10.0 FT late Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet...Flooding of Highway 128 approximately 5 miles from Highway 1 is certain and the road will be closed. Motorists should use alternate routes. &&
* AFFECTED AREAS: MENDOCINO
