Murder Warrant Signed in Recent Homicide
Detectives signed a warrant for murder on Duane M. Lucas, 29, with a last known address on Sparhawk Street in Akron.
Around 10:40am this morning, officers responded to the 2500 block of Romig Road for an argument where shots were fired. When officers arrived, they found a 31 year old female on the outside patio with several gunshot wounds. The female was pronounced dead on scene. The female has been identified as Brittany Littlejohn of Romig Road. The homicide appears to be domestic related.
The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office will perform an autopsy.
Duane Lucas is 5’08” and 247 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
