02/03/17 WTPD arrested Robert Rosler, age 39, of Stewartsville, NJ for outstanding warrants out of Washington Township totaling $870.00. Mr. Rosler was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

02/04/17 WTPD arrested Peter Heitmann, age 26, of Saddle River, NJ for a $165.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Heitmana was processed and released with a new court date.

02/04/17 WTPD arrested Michael Bush, age 27, of Effort, PA for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 02/04/17 at approximately 9:02 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Springtown Rd. in Washington Township for speeding. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Bush, arrest for (DWI) and an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Parsippany –Troy Hills Township. Mr. Bush was charged with speeding, driving with a suspended license, unlicensed driver, open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, refusal to submit to a breath test and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date(s).

02/05/17 WTPD arrested Sherry Shilling, age 51, of Washington, NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 02/05/17 at approximately 1:04 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Wall St. in Oxford Township for failure to maintain lanes. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Shilling’s arrest and she was charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lanes, careless driving, use of a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and possession of CDS in motor vehicle. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/06/17 WTPD arrested Jessica Jackson, age 32, of Washington, NJ, for possession of drug paraphernalia. On 02/06/17 at approximately 11:42 AM, patrol responded to assist the NJ Department of Child Protection & Permanency (DCPP) at a residence in the 60 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s, arrival he observed drug paraphernalia. Ms. Jackson was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/07/17 WTPD arrested Annmarie Ferrara, age 47, of Belvidere, NJ for shoplifting. On 02/07/17 at approximately 7:45 AM, patrol was dispatched to Quick Chek, 350 Rte., 57 W. in Washington Township for a report of shoplifting. The officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation Ms. Ferrara was charged with shoplifting (1) 16 oz. and (1) 32 oz. containers of coffee creamer. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/07/17 WTPD arrested Tanner Golovko, age 22, of Glen Gardner, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Golovko was processed and released with a new court date.

02/08/17 WTPD arrested Derrick Black, age 20, of Washington, NJ for simple assault, resisting arrest, obstruction of the administration of justice and criminal mischief. On 02/08/17 at approximately 6:08 PM, patrol was dispatched to a report of a dispute inside of a motor vehicle in the 400 of Rte. 57 E. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Black was arrested after a brief struggle with the officer. He was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, obstruction of the administration of justice and criminal mischief. Mr. Black was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

02/08/17 WTPD arrested Timothy Scheel, age 39, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Robbinsville Township. On 02/08/17 at approximately 5:00 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, a person on location, Mr. Scheel, was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was processed and released with a new court date.

02/08/17 WTPD arrested Autum Dourourips, age 20, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 02/08/17 at approximately 9:07 PM, patrol observed Ms. Dourourips in the 1st block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough, crossing the roadway and yelling at passing motorists. The officer subsequently charged Ms. Dourourips with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and issued her a summons for failure to use a pedestrian crosswalk. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/09/17 WTPD arrested Richard Henry, age 19, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 02/09/17 at approximately 8:57 PM, patrol observed Mr. Henry operating his vehicle in a careless manner on the snow covered parking lot at Meadow Breeze Park in Washington Township. Mr. Henry was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and released with a mandatory court date.

02/11/17 WTPD arrested Emilio Degarate, age 40, of Phillipsburg, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $427.00 out of Washington Borough. Mr. Degarate was processed and released with a new court date
02/13/17 WTPD arrested Jessica Pruitt, age 36, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Superior Court. On 02/13/17 at approximately 6:45 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 40 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough to locate Ms. Pruitt. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Pruitt was taken into custody without incident. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

02/14/17 WTPD arrested Ashley Echevarria, age 33, of Belvidere, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 02/14/17 at approximately 8:46 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Towswnhip. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Ms. Echevarria, arrest for (DWI). She had a BAC of .20%. Ms. Echevarria was charged with failure to maintain lanes, careless driving and (DWI). She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/15/17 WTPD arrested Nathan Pendrak, age 35, of Clifton, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department and having outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 out of Prospect Park Borough. On 02/15/17 at approximately 1:37 PM, patrol responded to a report of a minor motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Pendrak was an NCIC wanted person out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

02/18/17 WTPD arrested Michael Damiano Jr., age 45, of Oxford, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 02/18/17 at approximately 12:06 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Damiano’s, arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .19 %. Mr. Damiano was charged with speeding, careless driving, failure to obey traffic sign, driving with a suspended license and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
