Winter Storm Watch issued.

The National Weather Service in Aberdeen has issued a Winter
Storm Watch...which is in effect from Thursday afternoon through
Friday morning.

* Timing...snow is expected from Thursday afternoon through
Friday morning.

* Snow Accumulations...There is the potential for accumulations of
5 to 12 inches. Periods of heavy snow with accumulations of 1
to 2 inches per hour are also possible.

* Winds / Visibilities...Significant reductions in visibility due
to the combination of heavy snow and northeast winds gusting to
40 to 50mph Thursday night into Friday.

* Impacts...Plan on difficult driving conditions.

A winter storm watch means there is potential for significant
snow...sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel.
