WATCH, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY
EVENING. THE WINTER STORM WATCH HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
* TIMING...A BRIEF MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW THURSDAY AFTERNOON WILL
CHANGE TO ALL SNOW BY EARLY THURSDAY EVENING. SNOW WILL
CONTINUE HEAVY AT TIMES THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY, BEFORE
GRADUALLY TAPERING OFF FRIDAY NIGHT.
* ACCUMULATIONS...STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 12INCHES ARE LIKELY, WITH AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 12 INCHES
POSSIBLE.
* WIND AND VISIBILITY...WINDS WILL INCREASE FROM THE NORTH AROUND
25 TO 35 MPH THURSDAY NIGHT, WITH GUSTS OVER 45 MPH POSSIBLE ON
FRIDAY INTO FRIDAY EVENING. VISIBILITY IS EXPECTED TO BE REDUCED
TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES WHILE SNOW IS FALLING.
