Man Arrested for Allegations of Battery against Young Family Member
Sullivan County—This morning at 9:30, Indiana State Police Trooper Kyle Hall and ISP Detective Angie Hahn completed their nearly twelve day investigation into allegations of felony battery against an adult family member of a six-year-old girl.
The state police officers took 24-year-old Zachery Spidle of Sullivan, IN. into custody at the conclusion of the investigation and incarcerated Spidle in the Sullivan County Jail on one count of felony battery.
During the investigation, the officers developed information that led them to believe that on or about February 10, 2017, at the Spidle home in Sullivan, Spidle became agitated at the young girl and grabbed her about the extremities and neck in a forceful manner causing various contusions.
No pictures attached.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
