FEMA Damage Assessments to Begin Monday. 
Beginning Monday, 2/27/2017, Hope Mills Town Staff and FEMA representatives will be conducting onsite damage assessments of homes that were damaged during Hurricane Matthew.
These assessments will require entry onto private property and damaged homes by FEMA and Town Staff. All individuals connected with these assessments will have readily visible identification indicating that they are FEMA or, Hope Mills staff and, homeowners can request identification to be provided if needed.
