Four Arrested in Glenwood on Felony Charges

 
Fayette County – Four people were arrested last evening on felony charges, and two children were removed from the home by Fayette County Division of Child Services, as the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation by the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Section. Troopers served a search warrant at a home located at 402 N. Main St. in Glenwood last evening around 6:30 p.m.
 
As a result of that warrant John Lewis, age 39, was arrested for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, all Level 6 Felony charges.  In addition he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia, all misdemeanor charges.
 
Also arrested was Dalton Issacs, age 18 of that address, for warrants for Possession of a Synthetic Drug, and also a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine, level 6 Felony. In addition he was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and Visiting a Common Nuisance, both misdemeanor.
 
Also arrested was Wesley J. Allen, age 24 of the same address, charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony, and Possession of Paraphernalia and Visiting a Common Nuisance, both misdemeanor charges.
 
Bobby Sue Abner, age 33 of the same address, was charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony, and Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana, both misdemeanor charges. The investigation is ongoing with further charges possible.
 
All four were lodged in the Fayette County Jail. The Meth Suppression Section was assisted in their investigation by troopers from the Pendleton District; Connersville K-9 Officer Chris Scott and his K-9 partner; Fayette County Prosecutor Bette Jones and Fayette County Division of Child Services.
 

All Suspects Are Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty in a Court of Law
