Missing child did not arrive at after-school day care (expected at 2:45 PM). Missing child was a prior reported missing on 2-13-17 and was located at Starbucks, 810 E Valley Blvd, Alhambra after walking there from Marengo Elementary. Missing child recently moved to Arcadia from South Pasadena. There is no probable destination for the missing child.
