The Rutherfordton Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating a Runaway Juvenile.
Allison Bailey Oates was last seen 02/27/2017 at her residence on North Washington Street, Rutherfordton. She was picked up by two friends and dropped of at Smith Grove Baptist Church parking lot to meet a male friend .
Allison is 16 years old, 5'02", brownish red hair, blueish green eyes and weighs about 115 lbs.
