Winter parking Ban ends at midnight tonight 2/28/2017 
The Winter Parking Ban which requires vehicles to not park on the street and allows terrace parking expires at midnight tonight.
Effect March 1, vehicles may once again park on the respective streets throughout the night and are not allowed to be parked on the terrace, front yard or side yard(in the absence of a driveway).
