Missing Person Found

FIRST MESSAGE:
On Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in the late evening, the Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) District Police were contacted by a family member regarding a missing person. A family member became concerned when Neil Philipsen did not contact them for a ride home. Mr. Philipsen was last seen leaving the SRJC Frank Doyle Library on the Santa Rosa Campus at approximately 12:30 p.m. on February 28th. Mr. Philipsen is 20 years old, slimly built, 5'10" with light brown curly hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a black coat, dark colored shorts, and a black or green backpack. It is unknown where he was heading but he frequents the Downtown Santa Rosa area specifically Barnes and Noble and the Roxy Movie Theater. Mr. Philipsen does not drive and often rides the Sonoma County Transit Bus. The SRJC District Police are actively searching and are asking anyone with information to contact our communications center at (707)527-1000. District Police staff are available and actively patrol 24/7. We remind our community that IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. We all must work together to keep our community safe.
