The memorial services for Whittier Police Officer Keith Boyer will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017, at Calvary Chapel Downey (12808 Woodruff Avenue). Due to the expected large attendance, alternate routes of travel are encouraged. The following road closures will occur from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.:

All northbound lanes on Woodruff Avenue at Angell Street will be closed through Imperial Highway. Event and school parking will be allowed to enter at the south entrance of the church.

The eastbound number three lane of Imperial Highway at Woodruff Avenue will be closed through 10000 Imperial Highway. There will be access for patients of Western Dental (9906 Imperial Highway) to enter the north parking lot . There will also be access for those attending the memorial to enter the north parking lot of Calvary Chapel Downey.
