Very High Fire Danger This Afternoon...
Very high fire danger will develop again this afternoon as minimum
relative humidity values drop to the 25 to 30 percent range, and
south southeast winds increase to around 15 mph with occasional
gusts to 20-25 mph this afternoon. Outdoor burning is strongly
discouraged as low humidity, breezy conditions, and dry surface
fuels may lead to rapid spread for any fires that do ignite.
