* WIND...Sustained southwest winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts commonly exceeding 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...minimum relative humidity values will range between 20 to 25%.

* HIGHEST THREAT...will be located over eastern Kansas and west- central Missouri, however critical impacts are still possible across far north-central Missouri.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
