SR 87 and 260 intersection re-opened in Payson after Haz-Mat incident. Payson, Mesa, and Phoenix FD units mitigated a Hazardous Materials incident involving a propane tanker rollover. Evacuations and detours Have been lifted; all normal traffic and business in the area can resume.No injuries reported.Tanker truck has been righted; crews are working to move it off the roadway. Again, 87 and 260 through Payson have been re-opened for normal traffic. All evacuated homes and businesses can return to normal status.
