Traffic Advisory and Candlelight Vigil in memory of Elias Rodriguez 
On Friday, March 3, 2017, beginning at approximately 6:30 pm, expect traffic delays and potential detours in the area of Glenoaks Blvd and Arroyo St due to a planned Candlelight Vigil in memory of Elias Rodriguez.
Elias’ Family plans on lighting the path from the Cesar Chavez Learning Academies to the location on Glenoaks Blvd, above the Pacoima Wash, where a public memorial has been set up. Parking will be available at the Swap Meet.
