Man Charged with Attempted Murder, Mayhem, Torture after Domestic Violence Attack 
On March 6, 2017, Temple Station Detectives presented an attempt murder case to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office for filing consideration. Matthew Fay Echauri (24 yrs old) of Arcadia was charged with five felony counts related to a stabbing of his 18 year old girlfriend which occurred on March 2, 2017, in the 6200 block of Encinita Ave, Temple City.
