ADVISORY, which is in effect from 7 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday.
* TIMING...Gusty southwest winds tonight will increase in speed
out of the west on Wednesday.
* WINDS...West wind gusts to 45 mph on Wednesday, with locally
higher gusts possible in exposed areas.
* IMPACTS...Minor damage to trees and isolated power outages are
expected.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Wind Advisory means that gusts of at least 45 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can produce power outages and make driving
difficult... especially for high profile vehicles.
