Drug Tips Lead to Four Arrests in Greencastle
Putnam County—At 2:23 this afternoon, acting on tips received from the general public, as well as other investigative measures, the Putnamville District Methamphetamine Suppression Team arrived at the residence at 9 East Liberty Street in Greencastle with a Putnam County search warrant.
During further investigation, troopers found numerous items associated with the possible manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine and marijuana. Those included scales, baggies, smoking devices, syringes, and glass plates. However, only trace amounts of the alleged drugs were located.
Four individuals were incarcerated in the Putnam County Jail.
Arrested: Michael A. Kessler, age 69, of Greencastle, IN.
Charges: Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia
Arrested: Beth A. Thompson, age 32, Greencastle, IN.
Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia
Arrested: Anthony M. Jones, age 21, Greencastle, IN.
Charge: Maintaining a Common Nuisance
Arrested: Logan M. Galloway, age 18, Greencastle, IN.
