Extreme Fire Danger 
Extreme fire danger will again develop this afternoon as humidity drops to around 15-25 percent and winds increase out of the southwest to 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph. A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 11 AM to 6 PM for all but far northern Missouri, and outdoor burning should be avoided at all costs.
