We are seeking the public's help in locating Lucia Hernandez-Gonzalez, a disabled person who was last seen around 10:00am on March 10, 2016 in the 400 block of Wall Street.
Lucia is 40 years of age, 5'7", 228lbs, with green eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing teal/aqua sweatpants and a black sweater.
Lucia has medical issues, cannot communicate and is anti-social. Please call 911 with any information.
