Our area is under a Winter Storm and High Wind Warning with the heaviest of snow expected to fall between 3AM and noon of Tuesday making for hazardous roadways and poor visibility. Winds forecasted 35-50 mph with gusts 50-60 mph. Heavy snow, high winds, and ice increase possibility of downed power lines, unstable structures, and trees with power outages and blowing debris. Coastal and River flooding forecasted thus we may seem local flooding. Snow forecast currently averages at 8 inches however as with coastal/Nor Easter storms this could change to much higher or lower as the storm approaches our coast.
