The Upland Police seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:
Missing is Farzameh Madelat, 68 year old Iranian female, 5’04, 105lbs, brown hair and eyes. wearing black shirt, black pants, yoga mat.
On March 15, 2017 at about 6:29 pm, Upland PD Officers were dispatched to the area of 15th Street and Campus Avenue reference a critical missing adult. Madelat disappeared from a business without anyone noticing. She may have walked away. Madelat suffers from dementia and the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. Madelat is visiting from Canada and is unfamiliar with the area.
