BMO Harris is partnering with the Illinois Housing Development Authority, HomeStart, and the City of Rockford to assist homeowners who need help with their existing mortgage.
The I-REFI Program may be able to offer up to $50,000 in federal assistance to reduce your loan amount so that it is below the value of your home.
Requirements:
- Current on your motgage for at least 12 months
- Credit qualify for a new mortgage with BMO Harris Bank
- Income must be below maximum limit for the program*
