Beginning Wednesday, March 22nd, the ramps from South St. to I-76 eastbound will become permanently closed. The detour will be Broadway St. to Thornton St. to Grant St. to E. Exchange St. to Spicer St. to Carroll St. to Goodkirk St. to SR 8 south to I-76 east.
