03/05/17 WTPD arrested Duane Sheeks Jr., age 28, of Paterson, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Camden County Sheriff’s Department. On 03/05/17 at approximately 10:00 AM, patrol responded to a report of a suspicious male walking in the 300 block of Rte. 57 E. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Mr. Sheeks was a wanted person out of both the Camden County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Sheeks was arrested on the NCIC warrant. He was processed, charged with obstructing the administration of law, offering false information to a law enforcement officer and lodged in the WC Jail.
03/05/17 WTPD arrested Michael Szeman, age 22, of S. Plainfield, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Fanwood Borough. On 03/05/17 at approximately 10:52 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Szeman, arrest for an outstanding warrant. Mr. Szeman was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for the maintenance of lamps and released with a new court date.
03/06/17 WTPD arrested Jose Desilva, age 86, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct, harassment and obstruction public passage. On 03/06/17 at approximately 2:13 PM, patrol observed Mr. Silva stop his motor vehicle in traffic on Jackson Valley Rd. and Belvidere Ave in Washington Township for the purpose of harassing a juvenile that was walking. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Desilva’s arrest. He was processed and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and obstruction of public passage. Mr. Desilva was released with a mandatory court date.
03/10/17 WTPD arrested Calvin Dubois, age 27, of Brooklyn, NY for an $89.00 outstanding warrant out of E. Brunswick Township. On 03/10/17 at approximately 10:23 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township, for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Dubois, arrest for an outstanding warrant. Mr. Dubois was processed and released after posting bail.
03/12/17 WTPD arrested Brian Johnson, age 40, of Hackettstown, NJ for an outstanding $750.00 warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.
03/14/17 WTPD arrested Nicholas Helyer, age 24, of Oxford, NJ for disorderly conduct and local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/14/17 at approximately 12:26 AM, patrol responded to the Heritage Manor, 15 Pine St. in Oxford Township, for a noise complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Helyer was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/15/17 WTPD arrested Robert Heintz, age 50, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/15/17 at approximately 12:36 AM, patrol responded to the Hickory Hill Motel, 276 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township, for a noise complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Heintz was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/16/17 WTPD arrested James Smith, age 42, of Alpha, NJ for an outstanding $700.00 warrant out of Phillipsburg. He was processed and released with a new court date.
03/16/17 WTPD arrested Matthew Luksza Jr., age 48, and Cathy Hale, age 43, both of Washington, NJ. On 03/16/17 at approximately 11:52 PM, patrol responded to the Hickory Hill Motel, 276 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both Mr. Luksza and Ms. Hale were involved in an altercation with another tenant. Ms. Hale was arrested for an outstanding $500.00 out of Washington Township. She was also charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. She was lodged in
the WC Jail. Mr. Luksza was arrested for outstanding warrants of Raritan Borough totaling $3559.00. He was also charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
03/17/17 WTPD arrested James Scott Jr., age 38, of Washington, NJ for possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/17/17 at approximately 2:47 PM, patrol responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Scott’s arrest for possession of a hypodermic needle and for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/19/17 WTPD arrested Christian Maceda, age 29, of Phillipsburg, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 03/19/17 at approximately 2:39 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. and Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Maceda, arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .08%. Mr. Maceda was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to obey a signal, unclear license plates, view obstruction and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/19/17 WTPD arrested Anthony Boutilette, age 34, of Kearny, NJ for possession of (CDS) heroin, possession with intent to distribute (CDS) heroin, tampering with evidence and defiant trespassing. On 03/19/17 at approximately 3:40 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop of a moped scooter on Rte. 31 N in Washington Borough for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Boutilette, arrest for possession of (CDS) heroin, possession with intent to distribute (CDS) heroin and tampering with evidence. Mr. Boutilette was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to wear a helmet, failure to wear goggles, unlicensed driver, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended drivers license and possession of (CDS) heroin in a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the WC Jail.
