Arrest Warrant
On March 22, 2017 the Roscoe Police Department was dispatched to the McDonalds restaurant located at 5195 Elevator Road for an attempted robbery. The defendant who was later later identified as Steven J. Hawks, 21 years of age of Roscoe, had walked up behind the victim and attempted to take money from his hand inside the store.
Hawks was later arrested for Attempted Robbery, which is a Class 1 felony.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
