On Friday, March 24, 2017, at approximately 2:00 a.m., a female Hispanic was riding her bicycle on Rosemead Boulevard, just south of Rex Road, in Pico Rivera, when she was struck and killed by a vehicle.

The victim was transported to a local hospital and succumbed to her injuries.  Her identity will be determined by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner – Coroner.

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the “hit and run” driver and/or occupant(s) who fled the scene in a vehicle believed to be 2003-2007 dark gray Honda Accord.  The vehicle may have sustained damage to its front area.
