On March 24th, at about 4:30 pm, the Police Department was contacted by employees at Ulta Beauty on Madonna Road regarding a female who tried to pass a counterfeit $50 bill. The employee recognized the bill was counterfeit when it failed the ink pen test.
The female fled the store and was described as a Hispanic female in her mid to late twenties. She had brownish red hair and brown eyes. She is about 5’-4” tall and has a medium build. She also has tattoos on her neck and chest.
